CONGRATULATIONS MERLINO !!!!

The Birmans Club is proud to introduce one of its feline members who, greeted with a burst of applause by the public, has been choosed by ten expert international judges among 150 birmans as the Best Sacred Cat of Burma.
IcingSugar’s Mago Merlino, owned by Mrs Raffaella Sorropago, is a beautiful chocolate point newly elected “Best Sacred Birman Cat Overall - Special Birmans”.

Our sincere compliment goes also to the little IcingSugar’s Nespola, who considers herself a star despite her young age (she is only 4 months), because she has been elected as The Best Birman Kitten 3-6 months.

Our congratulations go then to a lot of our cats, whose pictures are already available in our site, who got the Nominations at the Special.

The Birmans Club, at its third coming out, has been a welcome guest of AGABI who organized, in the occasion of the Anfi Show in Milan, the Special Birmans Cats Show.
As usual the presence of italian and abroads breeders has been huge and each one had the opportunity to sum up the work done during the year. A breed Special, in fact, is the ideal place to compare oneself with other breeders and have the confirm of the quality achieved in the selection.
We, members of the Birmans Club, fortified by the results achieved by our Birmans, are determined to work even better preserving the reciprocal cohoperation between breeders, which is the winning choice for a correct selection.

The two days spent in the show have been truly amusing with a great public and 10 international judges kind and qualified, who did a good job considering also the great multitude of cats. We do not deny that we ran up and down all the time but, between a judgment and the other, we also had a pleasant lunch in the ring.
The women breeders of the Birmans Club ,and by surprise the men too, are also great chefs. Going to a cat show is also about this: being together and having some good laughs.

 We all wait for you to the next Special Birmans Show.
